Privacy Policy

Who this covers

Fanager is a fantasy-football platform for private, salary-cap dynasty leagues, operated from the United States and available at playfanager.com. This policy describes what happens to information about you when you use it.

What we collect

Your account. An email address, and a first and last name if you give them. There is no password — Fanager signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with Google.

If you sign in with Google. Google tells us your email address, your name and a link to your profile picture. Nothing else. Fanager does not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar or files, and does not request permission to.

What you do in a league. Your franchise’s name, abbreviation, colour and badge; your roster, contracts and cap position; bids, waiver offers, trades and draft activity; lineups; and anything you post to a league message board or draft chat.

Technical records. Our hosting providers keep ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixel and no session-recording tool anywhere in this product.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
• We do not build a profile of you across other websites.
• Fanager does not take payment details, because it does not take payments.

Cookies

Fanager sets cookies for one purpose: keeping you signed in. They are essential to the service and there are no others — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, nothing to opt out of. Signing out clears them.

Who can see your information

Other people in your league. This is the point of the product. Members of a league you join can see your franchise, your roster and cap position, your trades and waiver activity once resolved, and anything you post. Your league’s commissioner can also act on your franchise’s behalf. Members of other leagues cannot see any of it — the database enforces that separation, not just the interface.

Service providers. Fanager runs on Supabase (database, authentication and email delivery infrastructure) and Vercel (application hosting). Sign-in emails are delivered through Resend. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google handles that step. Each of these processes information on our behalf under its own terms.

Images loaded from elsewhere. Player headshots and club logos are served from ESPN’s content network (a.espncdn.com). Your browser requests those images directly, so ESPN receives your IP address as it would for any image on any website. No information about you or your league is sent with those requests.

NFL statistics. Fanager fetches player, schedule and statistics data from a third-party sports data provider. That is a one-way request for public sports data and contains nothing about you.

How long we keep it

League data is kept for as long as the league exists, because a dynasty league is meaningful precisely because its history persists — a contract signed in one season matters three seasons later. A commissioner deleting a league removes that league and everything in it. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove it and the personal information attached to it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to a copy of your information and the right to complain to a regulator. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

Fanager is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. There are no passwords to steal, because Fanager does not use them. League data is isolated at the database level so one league cannot read another’s. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced in the app.
